Rules
- No parrallel session
- Time to meet and discuss
- Cheap
- Two years cycle
A regurlarly renewed scientific commitee
- 50% of new members at each organisation
- Not more than two successive participations to the scientific comitee
- one member of the LOC is automatically member of the next scientific comitee
- Two european scientific members per session
- One additional qualified scientific per continent (south america, north america, asia)
- No plenary conference for SOC members
- LOC will present himself to the welcoming talk
