  • Time to meet and discuss
  • Cheap
  • Two years cycle

A regurlarly renewed scientific commitee

  • 50% of new members at each organisation
  • Not more than two successive participations to the scientific comitee
  • one member of the LOC is automatically member of the next scientific comitee
  • Two european scientific members per session
  • One additional qualified scientific per continent (south america, north america, asia)
  • No plenary conference for SOC members
  • LOC will present himself to the welcoming talk
